On the 16th day of March 2012, two males broke into a residence located in the 200 block of Blackburn Avenue, Ottawa. . The males were captured on video. One of these male was charged, however the male in the attached picture has yet to be identified or charged. This suspect may go by a street name.

On February 2^nd 2012, a male suspect attended a local bank and took over the account of a legitimate customer. The suspect obtained a replacement debit card and then proceeded to conduct a number of fraudulent transactions.

Jeff Bradbury is wanted on multiple Criminal Offences included Frauds thefts, Utter Forged Document and Breach of Probation. He is known to issue fraudulent cheques and fraudulent documents. He has also impersonated police officers in the past.

The Ottawa Police Service is investigating fourteen incidents of prescription frauds. Since February 17th, 2012 the same male suspect committed 14 separate frauds throughout the city of Ottawa.

The suspect is described as white male, 50-60 yrs, about 5”6 and a thin to medium build, receeding grey hair, light coloured moustache, thick glasses, , scabs on hands and face similar to skin disorder, bilingual.

 During the month of January 2012 NCACS received 195 tips helping the police solve 2 cases. Consequently, 3 persons were arrested and charged with 7 charges (B&E and contraband cigarettes). $7,500 was seized in crime related property. Crime Stoppers paid $660 in rewards.

On the 5th of December 2011 two male suspects entered the LCBO located at 457 Hazeldean Road, Ottawa. While at the store the suspects selected at six bottles of alcohol which were subsequently concealed inside the jacket of one of the suspects. They then exited the store and fled in a red Volvo station wagon with unknown plate.

The suspects are described as follows: Suspect #1:w/m, late 30′s, 6’2″, 230lbs,dark short hair wearing a red winter coat and had his arm in a sling Suspect #2:w/m, late 30′s, 6’0″, 185lbs, thin to medium build, goatee, dark hair with glasses wearing a dark colored winter coat blue jeans and a grey hat

The Ottawa Police Service is investigating four retail robberies that took place in Blackburn Hamlet between January 11-20, 2012.  The incidents occurred between the hours of 1150pm – 6:00am.  The lone suspect, armed with a knife, entered the stores and demanded money and lottery tickets, before fleeing on a bicycle.

 There were no injuries stemming from these incidents.

The suspect: a white male, 20-30yrs, 5’10 tall, medium build, wearing a grey or green jacket, a light grey hooded sweatshirt, a black winter toque, a dark scarf and sunglasses.

The Ottawa Police Service is currently investigating a theft that occurred at a Gas Station on Merivale Road, Ottawa.  The suspect entered a back office and stole a large amount of cash.  This male is suspected of being responsible for three other similar thefts.

On Saturday, January 21st, 2012 suspects driving  a cube van  attended a residence in Orleans where they stole a number of items. Stolen was a 1996 Harley Davidson softail custom (photo attached) along with a Snap On tool box filled with tools, Snap On air tools, snow blower, leaf blower, amongst other items.

On January 20th, 2012 a Calico domestic short haired cat was found dead. The animal had been dumped in a dumpster behind 1411 Morisset Avenue, Ottawa. The cat had been hung by its back legs with an electrical cord and  beaten to death.
